Lindsay is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience, including the past five years working in plastic surgery in the Bow Valley. She has extensive experience supporting patients through both the clinical and emotional aspects of surgical recovery.
Through her work, Lindsay recognized a gap in care for patients recovering outside of the clinic, particularly those traveling for surgery and returning to a hotel or unfamiliar environment shortly after discharge. The Recovery Room was created to provide professional, in-person nursing support during the critical early stages of recovery.
Her approach is calm, supportive, and focused on helping patients feel safe, informed, and confident as they transition from surgical care to recovery. Lindsay works closely within the plan provided by each patient’s surgical team, offering guidance, education, and reassurance during the first 24-48 hours after surgery.
